Mount Isa Great Northern Clean Up

 Can you spare a few hours to help remove rubbish along the Lake Road?

All clean up equipment including litter grabbers, collection bags, safety gloves, safety vests and sunscreen will be supplied. Please wear suitable shoes, sun safe clothing and a hat.

After the event all volunteers are invited to join us for a free BBQ at Tom O’Hara Park to say a big thank you for your assistance 

 

DATE: Saturday 8th October 2022

TIME: 7:30 am to 11:30 am

MEETING POINT: Volunteers are asked to meet and sign on at the Tom O’Hara Park (the park at the corner of the Barkly Highway and Moondarra Drive) from 7:30 am and then to join us for a BBQ in the park from 9:45 am.

This event will be delivered by Southern Gulf NRM on behalf of the Mount Isa City Council.
