After extensive evaluation and consultation, the Board of Directors of Southern Gulf NRM Ltd has decided to recommend to members that the company merge with NQ Dry Tropics Ltd.  Click on these links for more information about this important decision that will secure the future for natural resource management in the Southern Gulf region.  Members are urged to attend the annual general meeting in Cloncurry on 26 November to vote on the proposal.
